Rack & Shelf Labels Australia has been awarded the contract to assist Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Australia with it’s latest expansion in Mentone Victoria.

The project encompasses the supply and installation of 91 hanging signs with long range barcode scanning capabilities suspended from almost a quarter of a kilometre of steel infrastructure installed into the facilities roof space.

The project is the 23rd of its type fulfilled during Rack & Shelf Labels 5-year relationship with Coca-Cola in Australia dating back to August 2020.

Formed in 2020 as a single organisation Leviat is part of CRH, the largest building materials company in the world. The organisation is in the process of revamping 5 sites across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and the project is due for completion during Q4 2025.

Rack & Shelf Labels Australia is delighted to announce it has successfully completed the contract to supply and install a bulk storage stock location sign solution for Refresco Australia, at the organisation’s facilities in Queensland and Western Australia.

Refresco Australia is a leading beverage manufacturer and one of the world’s largest independent bottlers for retailers and brands. They produce a wide range of drinks, including fruit juices, cordials, carbonated beverages, and mineral waters, both for their own brands and as a contract packager.

The project comprised of the supply and installation of circa 1,000 hanging signs, to identify bulk stack areas suspended at a height of 7 meters, using almost 2 kilometres of steel infrastructure.

Rack & Shelf Labels Australia is delighted to announce that its renowned product quality has been the subject of a significant publication by the global, neutral, non-profit barcode standards organisation GS1. The case study relates to a historical project for prominent transport and logistics company Ron Crouch Transport. The organisation had engaged a company to provide stock location labels for its facility in Derrimut Victoria and had subsequently experienced difficulties scanning barcodes when commissioning new barcode scanning hardware. Rack & Shelf Labels were engaged to carry out rigorous testing of the barcodes using GS1 approved processes and discovered various deficiencies and failures regarding the existing products. The products were then replaced with Rack & Shelf Labels fully tested and verified barcode products instantly resolving all issues at the site. The events were identified by GS1 as being relevant enough to bring matters to the attention of their members, which include virtually all of the world’s major retailers and manufacturers.

Rack & Shelf Labels Australia would like to announce that we have completed the contract to supply Essity Australia with the location labelling requirements for the company’s new distribution facility in Victoria.

The project requirement encompassed the supply and installation of circa 20,000 location labels, with fully certified barcodes to GS1 standards.

The project also included the supply and installation of approximately 300 signs, including hanging signs to identify bulk stack areas and rack signs.

Rack & Shelf Labels (Australia) is delighted to announce that it has secured the contract to provide the stock location labelling requirements for a huge facility at Kemps Creek in Western Sydney.

The project for The Toll Group comprises of 40,000 racking labels and 212,000 shelving labels, with barcodes all fully certified to the highest attainable GS1 verification standards.

The products will take circa 15,000 hours to install under fully evaluated and documented quality control standards.

Rack & Shelf Labels has successfully completed a project in conjunction with the renowned Logistic Consultants Leading Edge Logistics under significant time pressure.

The project for the automotive parts company John Hughes, comprised of circa 25,000 location labels and 100 warehouse signs was supplied and installed in just under 3 weeks.

Rack & Shelf Labels Australia is proud to announce it has undertaken a commitment to fully service two new sites for the Foodbank organisation in Australia with their barcode location labelling requirements.

The two sites have frozen, chilled, and ambient areas storing more than 3,000 pallets which service the greater Brisbane metropolitan area. The projects are due for completion Q4, 2024.

The new site in Amsterdam, The Netherlands required the provision of fully certified barcodes to address circa 27,000 warehouse locations, in preparation for its Q3 2024 opening.

Formed in Denver, Colorado the Gates Corporation is one of the leading fluid power and power transmission companies in the world and as part of it’s expansion plans in Australia, has moved to a new distribution centre in Dandenong South, Victoria.

The project requirement included the supply and installation of circa 35,000 location labels with fully certified barcodes to GS1 standards and was completed Q2 2024.
